Do you contact our patients?

How often are accounts and claims worked?

CWDC sends claims out daily. We work on INS AR and Patient Billing Daily as the account is needed. You will receive daily updates of services completed and we like to meet with our clients Monthly to keep them up to date.

Why should I outsource my services, my In-house staff does it?

Yes, your in-house staff can do your billing.! However, to be more efficient and patient focused, and not miss vital billing details, the best solution is to have a team dedicated to your practice who solely focuses on your billing so that you have the time to treat your patients and give them a wonderful, stress free experience!
